Brief.
Dr Sam wanted to celebrate their launch in Sephora with their first pop-up experience to engage consumers with the brand’s core passion - Making skincare advice more accessible and believing in the transformative powers of great skin, ‘when you change your skin, you change your life’.
Solution.
The pop-up experience ‘Unlock Flawless Skin with Dr Sam’ aims to engage consumers with the multi-award-winning skincare line through the new AI-powered ‘Routine Finder’ to assess your skincare concerns before prescribing you with a tailored routine to transform your skin.
The updated Routine Finder tool also includes a NEW skin coach to track and measure the progress in the 7 key areas of skin concerns, including radiance, texture, wrinkles, redness, and will be on show for its first reveal to consumers at the Dr Sam’s pop up.
To drive excitement around the pop-up and tie back into the concept, guests could take part in a promotional game to ‘unlock prizes’. The game entry allowed the brand to collect valuable consumer data, and prizes drove sales in Sephora to further support the commercial partnership.
Results.
The activation delivered a 275% increase in sales on bestselling products, alongside 542 Routine Finder registrations, and an 81% uplift in brand awareness, demonstrating strong commercial impact and audience engagement.
