Brief.
Premium spa inspired skincare brand Grown Alchemist wanted to connect with a trend-setting, urban audience through a high-design pop-up experience that perfectly balanced the brand’s clinical precision with its modern cool aesthetic. The brief was to hero the Regenerating Range, creating an environment that drove trial, education, sampling, data capture, sales, and authentic user-generated content.
Our response was a compact but perfectly formed pop-up in East London’s Old Spitalfields Market, one of the city’s busiest and most style-conscious destinations. For three days, the brand came to life within a beautifully designed, minimalist space that invited consumers to pause, explore, and engage with Grown Alchemist in a meaningful and tactile way.
Solution.
Strategically positioned in a high-footfall location, the pop-up generated massive engagement from beauty-savvy shoppers, with exclusive event discounts to incentivise purchase, a free prize draw mechanic and data collection to drive delivery of key objectives. The activation seamlessly combined brand education with retail impact, achieving strong on-site sales and collected a database of new consumers.
Visitors were welcomed into a sensorial skincare journey, discovering the Regenerating Range through science themed VM displays, hands-on sampling, and personalised skincare consultations with expert brand ambassadors. Every element of the experience was crafted to reflect Grown Alchemist’s philosophy of scientific innovation meets natural beauty, encouraging guests to learn, test, and share their discoveries in an environment that felt equal parts clinic and lifestyle space.
