Brief:
Famed British skincare brand Elemis were looking to celebrate their high octane partnership as the Official Skincare Partner to the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team with a luxurious trackside skincare pop up spa. The experience will visit the British Grand Prix inside The Paddock at the Pop Up Hotel and at Silverstone and also Goodwood Festival of Speed to reach out to the increasingly engaged female motorsport audience. In 2024 Silverstone’s female audience made up 38% of the footfall, a growing upward trend they are seeing year on year.
The experience should be contained in a premium roadshow unit and be able to offer luxurious skincare treatments from Elemis’ famous product range. The space should also feature an area to showcase the range of products for guests to be able to purchase, and the entire experience should feel content worthy to drive photo sharing moments.
Solution.
We used a vintage American Airstream to create a contemporary space that could house an experience that would deliver a sense of calm and wellness just moments away from the drama of the track. Airstreams offer a unique solution for a luxury beauty brand in that they are aesthetically beautiful, are open sided which makes the space inviting for guests to enter and operationally they provide a weatherproof space that is cost effective to tour.
Inside the Airstream guests could enjoy Elemis’ famed professional spa experiences with speedy ‘Pit Stop’ treatments, plus receive in-depth skin analysis to provide personalised skincare prescriptions and then purchase your bespoke skincare solutions for the Pro-Collagen hero range and exclusive performance powered collections co-created with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team.
Results.
Based on the success of the Grand Prix and Goodwood Festival of Speed activations, five further city locations have been added to the campaign tour
