Brief.
CeraVe were looking to create its first-ever experiential pop-up in London to highlight its dermatological expertise, educate customers on their individual skin types, and provide tailored, effective skincare routines that could be easily adopted into everyday life. The brand wanted to bridge the gap between clinical credibility and accessible skincare, creating an engaging environment that would appeal to both loyal fans and new audiences, while reinforcing trust in their science-backed formulations.
Solution.
Inspired by CeraVe’s US heritage, we created ‘CeraVe High’ - a playful, American-style, hyper-physical environment designed for skincare enthusiasts to ‘learn like a derm’ and graduate with flying colours. The immersive, school-themed experience brought education to life through a series of interactive zones.
Guests explored the ‘Cleansing Lab’, where they discovered the importance of effective cleansing routines, and attended the ‘Ceramides Classroom’, which broke down the science behind CeraVe’s hero ingredient while offering exclusive discount codes and merchandise in partnership with retail partner Look Fantastic.
A gym-inspired zone tackled common skincare myths, encouraging visitors to ‘train their skin’ with the right knowledge and habits. Attendees also had access to 1-2-1 skincare consultations with trained experts, ensuring personalised advice and product recommendations. Throughout the space, carefully curated, highly shareable content moments encouraged social engagement and amplified reach beyond the physical footprint of the event.
Results.
Over the course of four action-packed days, the experience completely sold out, with all 1,200 Eventbrite tickets claimed in advance. We welcomed 1,500 highly engaged attendees, distributed an impressive 7,600 product samples, and generated over £10,000 in on-site sales. The activation successfully positioned CeraVe as both a trusted authority and an accessible brand, delivering strong engagement, education, and measurable commercial impact.
