Dr Sam wanted to celebrate their launch in Sephora with their first pop up experience to engage consumers with the brand’s core passion - Making skincare advice more accessible and believe in transformative powers of great skin ‘when you change your skin, you change your life’.
Solution:
The pop up experience ‘Unlock Flawless Skin with Dr Sam’ aims to engage consumers with the multi-award winning skincare line through the new AI powered ‘Routine Finder’ to assess your skincare concerns before prescribing you with a tailored routine to transform your skin. The updated Routine Finder tool also includes a NEW skin coach
to track and measure the progress in the 7 key areas of skin concerns, including radiance, texture, wrinkles and redness and will be on show for its first reveal to consumers at the Dr Sam’s pop up.
To drive excitement around the pop up and tie back into the concept, guest could take part in a promotional game to ‘unlock prizes’. The game entry allowed the brand to collect valuable consumer data and prizes drove sales in Sephora to further support the commercial partnership.
